Hot unit has built-in infrared heater to directly heat food on the shelves. Cold unit circulate chilled air on the product to keep them fresh and prolong shelf life. Shelves are lit and slightly slanted to the front to increase visibility. Stainless steel perforated or wire shelves, suitable for hot or cold applications. Opened front for self service. Chilled unit comes with night blind to preserve energy during o hours. Rear double glazed hinged door for product loading. Mirror lm on rear glass facing the customer, to further highlight the product.
