A dependable line of heavy-duty baking/roasting ovens with a 7” high baking oven cavity and 12-inch high roasting oven cavity with a removable intermediate shelf, both with individually controlled compartments. A flat door-to-hearth bridge makes loading and unloading quick and easy. Ideal for hotels, hospitals, schools, larger cafeterias, dining rooms and other high-production operations.
