Available in 36, 45", 48", 56", 60", and 72" models.
A flat, heated steel surface with high-heat cooking in the center and slightly cooler edges to manage cooking stages—searing in the hot zone, finishing or holding on the cooler perimeter.
Electric Teppanyaki Griddles – A 3/4in thick griddle plate available in six sizes with an 11in deep by 34in wide “hot-spot” cooking zone and an electronic thermostat control and 6.7 kW element that heats up to 500°F (260°C). On/off switch with indicator lamp. Comes with 4” stainless steel legs, or an optional 1in flange edge for easier drop-in installation.
