Open Burner Hot Plate Features:
- At 27” deep plus a 4" plate rail, it provides the industry's largest, usable cooking surface
- The split ergonomic grates are easy to handle and clean
- Garland’s exclusive two-piece 30,000 BTU Starfire® burner (US Range is an octagonal burner) and ramped venturi combine concentrated power for improved efficiency
- Balanced power burners with individual valve control offer precise and even heat from the lowest simmer to a fast boil
- Individual pilots are protected outside of the spill zone, so the burners stay lit even when a spill happens

Condiment Rail.
Keep frequently used ingredients within arm’s reach of the cooking area with an optional removable stainless steel condiment rail with cut-outs for 1/9 or 1/3 pans. Keeps the cooking area organized, helping chefs work faster and more efficiently.
Heavy-Duty Equipment Stand.
A stainless steel stand with sturdy lower shelf, available with or without swivel casters with front-locking brakes for 24", 36" 48", 60" and 72" GT-Series heavy-duty counter models helps optimize space and adds extra storage.
Fajita Pan Rack.
A cast-iron rack that replaces 3 standard grate sections of the broiler. The rack lets you heat multiple fajita pans at once, letting intense radiant heat hit the pan and stay hotter longer, so fajitas arrive at the table still sizzling, boosting guest appeal. Operators can load and unload pans quickly, keeping the broiler moving at full speed.
Fish Grate.
Cast-iron 3” wide fish grates have close-spaced bars that support delicate fillets, keeping fish intact when turning or removing it from the broiler. You get attractive grill marks with less sticking, which means fewer torn fillets and less product loss.
Splatter Guard & Wire Holding Rack.
A stainless steel broiler splatter guard blocks hot grease and juices from spitting out of the broiler, keeping flammable oils away from open flames and keeping surrounding equipment and walls cleaner.
The nickel-plated wire holding rack (sold separately) serves as a temporary staging area for cooked food, keeping it at serving temperature without overcooking, while other items finish cooking on the broiler.
Both are removable and can be placed in a dishwasher for cleaning.
