Temperatures of 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C) are maintained with pans recessed 3" (7.6cm) at 86°F ambient room temperature. Pans (by others) rest on a stainless steel bracket.

Each well, flush with the top, for flush mount pans to accommodate12" x 20" (30.5cm x 50.8cm) pans 4" (7.6cm) or 6" (15.2cm) deep, supplied by others. Product temperatures of 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C) are maintained at 86°F (30°C) ambient room temperature, meeting NSF7 requirements. The cold pan is separated from the exterior top by a thermal break. Food warmers are fully insulated on all sides and bottom with (1" (2.54cm) of fiberglass matting and each is covered with a galvanized steel jacket. Each food warmer has (1) heating element, rated at 1000 watts for 208 volt electrical service and wired to an individually adjustable temperature control indicator light in the control panel. Food warmers are wired together to an ON/OFF switch in the control panel. Each food warmer accommodates (1) 12.75" x 20.75" x 6" deep pan (32.4cm x 52.7cm x 15.2). Pans are provided by others.
