Garland Canada and Enodis strive to take equipment service to a new level!

JACQUES SEGUIN, PRESIDENT OF THE GARLAND GROUP, is proud to announce the introduction of the Enodis “Star” Service program. The rollout of the program will be kicked off on April 1st, 2005.
The key components of the program are: S: STANDARDS - Authorized Service Agents must meet high standards for service on Enodis products and brands T: TRAINING - Garland Canada will deliver over 55 service training days a year on Enodis products and brands. A: AUTHORIZED - 100% of Garland Canada’s Authorized Service Agents will be audited every year R: RESPONSIVE - Every “Star” certifi ed Authorized Service Agents will be expected to offer emergency response within 4 hours.
This is a key initiative that will help Garland Canada meet it’s customers’ high expectations for service. As a market leader, Garland Canada will be setting performance standards along with its’ key service partners. They will then measure performance against these objectives. Based on the results, corrective actions will be taken to continually improve performance.
