Frymaster’s OCF30 Oil Conserving Fryer Has Operators Seeing Green

40% less cooking oil, 10% less energy and a controller that practically runs itself has operators singing the praises of Frymaster’s OCF 30.

Frymaster’s OCF30 represents a revolutionary 30lb Open Pot Design that uses 40% less oil than its 50lb predecessor. Built-in filtration delivers better cooking results and extends oil life even further. It all adds up to 66% more food per gallon of oil. And the smaller pot also contributes to an overall 10% reduction in energy use. Combined, these factors represent significant savings for operators. Top Star Express, for example, cut oil costs by 75%.

Frymaster’s OCF30 is available in either gas or electric and with or without Automatic Top Off (ATO) – a feature designed to keep oil at its optimum level within the fryer without the need for operator intervention.
