Garland appoints new Ontario Regional Sales Paul Lockley

Paul Lockley definitely does not lack experience in the Restaurant equipment industry. Paul’s experience includes working at a “competitor’s” to Garland as a service tech for 10 years, at a dealership for 10 years and then from the dealership back to an Ontario sales rep position with Garland’s competition. From there he has now joined Garland in his current Ontario Sales Rep position.

With the increasing of Garland’s sales figures, in South Western Ontario, clearly on Paul’s mind he is excited at the opportunity to apply his trade with a varied product line that boasts beautiful products and new challenges.

The way that Paul wants to start increasing Garland’s sales is by building relationships with the dealers that are ultimately selling Garland’s products to the end consumer.

The advice that Paul brings to the table is very important.

“It is always important to listen to the needs of the end user because the end user is ultimately buying the end product. We can promote to them through the dealer as much as we want but we have to make sure we supply them with what is going to work in their particular situation. So that they are happy with what they have purchased and that they have the confidence in garland that we are giving them the support they need.”
